Will my clothes be mixed with others?
- Absolutely not. We guarantee that every order is processed separately in individual machines to ensure hygiene and prevent items from getting lost or mixed up.
Is there a minimum order?
- Yes, the minimum weight for our pick-up and delivery service is 3kg. If your laundry weighs less than 3kg, it will still be charged at the 3kg rate.
How much is the delivery fee?

We offer Free Pick-up & Delivery for the Kuta, Seminyak, Canggu, Uluwatu, Nusa Dua, Ubud, Denpasar and Sanur areas with a minimum 3kg order.
What if I’m not at my villa/hotel when the driver arrives?

No problem! You can leave your laundry at the hotel reception. Just tell us the location via WhatsApp.
How do you calculate the weight for the laundry service (by kilogram)?
- We apply a fair and transparent weight rounding policy for all our customers. Here is how we calculate it:
.1 kg – .3 kg: Rounded down (e.g., 3.2 kg becomes 3.0 kg).
.4 kg – .5 kg: Rounded to half (e.g., 3.4 kg becomes 3.5 kg).
.6 kg – .9 kg: Rounded up (e.g., 3.7 kg becomes 4.0 kg).This policy ensures you get the best value without worrying about minor decimal charges.
